Handley YMCA:  The UKVEC has worked with the town of Handley, Region 3 Planning and Development Council, Chapman Technical Services, and several others to assist in the demolition of the old YMCA building, and the construction of a new 4,500 square foot building to serve as a community center, police station, fire department office, and provide several other functions to area residents. 

  Summer Youth Program:  Hired four youth the summer of 2000 to clean up the Handley YMCA.
